No. Your problem is your running the full screen video mode on low resolution. If you go to the video options, you can set the resolution upto 1024 x 768. There is no higher graphics mode than this for genesis games. The default mode is on the lowest setting, which is why the graphics look low res, just set the full screen video mode to 1024 x 768.

I think he might have the same problem as me!, I have a wide screen High Definition monitor and these games were only meant to be play on the standard T.V platform so every pixel looks like a big square instead of a nice little dot of colour like it was meant to be!, The only real advice is grin and bare it or dig out your old 32 bit monitor that weighs a ton!. Oh and of course bare in mind most of these games are over 30 years old!…

iok tx,geez i hated my old screen so much,i sold it lol i got a flatron 19an half inc wide
