Once every millennium, The Evil One sends forth his only son, the Warlock, to gather the six ancient druid stones. Once he has gathered them all, he wields the ultimate power, the power to unravel creation. You, a modern day druid, have been charged with the task of gathering them before he does and ultimately destroying the Warlock himself.

Based on the motion picture Warlock, you must fight your way through levels full of strange monsters. There are many hidden spells that you can find, which are needed to kill enemies which pose a difficult challenge.

Use the many spells and powers granted to you by your Druid ancestors to fight the undead, gargoyles, and dragons. All these bad guys are located in a large number of environments. If you survive, you will collect six ancient runestones and save creation. Build your strength and face the perfect evil, the Warlock.

In Warlock you can move it left, right, down and up. It does hurt enemies more than your regular shot and can be used to grab items normally out of your reach. Enemies attack in different ways. Some swooping at you, some charging and some even firing arrows at you. You cant just charge in there like Rambo, you actually have to think and use tactics to bring down most later level enemies. Using the different spells at the right time is dire if you wish to complete the game.

The music is pretty creepy. It does a good job due to the dark, evil feel to the game. Sounds effects are average. The zombies sound cool dying and depends on what you hit with your attack, it makes the correct sound. Metal, flesh, stone and the such.
