The theme of Wacky Worlds is “The Seven Continents.” Each of Earth's continents is represented by three scenarios, (save Antarctica, which only gets one) that challenge gamers to build parks around famous tourist attractions from around the world. These missions range from building a theme park around the Great Wall of China to an attraction in harmony with a lost Incan city to a “Cowboys and Native Americans” world on either side of the Grand Canyon. Each of the seventeen scenarios is excellent, offering a variety of challenges and tasks.

Better still, each of the scenarios offers a ton of new rides and scenery that are thematically appropriate for the venue where the park is located. Asian parks, for example, include pagoda-style shops that sell local cuisine such as star-fruit drinks and Chinese meatball soup, and the North American parks include giant Cowboy statues, Wild West buildings, and entrance halls painted with the Stars & Stripes. Most of the “new” rides are really just graphic redresses – the bobsled ride has seal shaped cars in Antarctica and the Teacup ride is a Coffee Cup ride in South America.
