This game is probably the first or at least one of the first games that were a two person fight game, no adventure and a little story line, Very cool. This Game is Highly Recommended by me, JGCD!

To add that code push Z-X-Z-C-Z-X and you will see Now Entering Kombat Message good luck playing the game with blood in it But the ESRB put an Mature Rating on that game since Mortal Kombat 3 that why Armageddon was the Last game. So have fun.

I remember in the scenary the pit near the moon always fly strange things XD lika santa claus, a witch, some number and many other things i can't not remeber yet, I'll try to take some screen shot of the UFOs XD

Eu tenho o cartucho do Mortal Kombat 2 para Mega Drive, é um jogo excelente, continua ótimo apesar do tempo. Vale a pena baixar.

I'm playing this game on a laptop. Why are the keyboard keys so screwed up? All I can use is the Spacebar, Cntrl, and Shift. Who else has this issue and how do I fix it?

Actually I would Suggest changing the controls. Do you see the Options Button? Click on it and the menu pops up, click Set Config. When a pop up appears, click on the Controllers Tab. Do you see where it says Port 1? Click that and change that to 6 Button Pad and do you see where it says Keyboard? There should be a button that says Define right next to it, click it and then set it to the way you wish. I use an actual controller but sometimes I use the keyboard and when I do I set it up the following way (The Left side is the Control and the right is the Keyboard):

Up = Up; Down = Down; Left = Left; Right = Right; A = A; B = S; C = D; Start = Enter; X = Z; Y= X; Z = C; Mode = V

I find it's easier to play this way but you can set it anyway you want, you can even use the Number keys. Good luck and as I always say, Happy Gaming :)!

Here u go,these oughta help u finish off your oppenent and here are some extra fighting moves.

Johnny Cage: Green Flame: Press Away, Toward, LP. Shadow Kick: Press Away, Toward, LK. Split punch: Press Block, Lp. Fatality move: Press Toward(3), LP.

Kano: Roll Spin: Sweep the D-pad in a full circle towards your opponent starting at Down. Then press Block to hover. Knife: Hold Block then press Away, Toward. Fatality move: Hold Block then press Away(2), LP.

Liu Kang: Fireball: Press Toward(2), HP. Flying Kick: Press Toward(2), HK. Fatality move: Sweep the D-pad in a full circle towards your opponent starting at Up.

Rayden: Lightning Throw: Press Down, Toward, LP. Teleport-: Quickly press Down, Up. Superman: Press Away(2), Toward. Fatality move: Press Toward(2), Away(3), HP.

Scorpion: Van Dam Spear: Press Away(2), LP. Teleport: Press Down, Away, HP. Fatality Move: Hold Block, then press Up(2).

Sonya: Ring Toss: Press Away(2) LP. Square Wave Flight: Press Toward, Away, HP. Leg Grab: Press Block + LP + LK. Fatality move: Press Toward(2), Away(2), Block.

Sub Zero: Freeze: Press Away, Down, Toward, LP. Slide: Press Block + LP + LK. Fatality move: Toward, Down, Toward, HP.

i have still another blood cheat: in the options screen press down,up,left,left,A,right,down. this should open a cheating menu.
