Known as Jerry Boy in Japan, SmartBall lives up to its American title by forcing players to strategize as they go about maneuvering the pliable, blob-like character through the game's 16 levels of play.

To defeat his enemies and overcome the assortment of obstacles, Jerry can stretch into an elongated blob, slither up walls, power-up in order to bounce, ooze along ceilings, flatten himself in order to hit, and throw balls.

Jelly Boy is slowly paced, meaning fans of pure action may not have fun, but gamer's who appreciate having to use their noggins a bit will be entertained and challenged.

Cute graphics and solid controls add to the enjoyment.
