This challenging game proves that running a small farm can be a big headache. As owner of a farm, your job is to make a certain amount of money during each two-minute round. You can buy sheep and make money by shearing them, or you can purchase pigs and earn cash by butchering them. But you also must feed your animals at regular intervals and keep your farm's fields full of grass. At the end of each day, you have to round up all your animals before the clock expires. As you advance levels, Funky Farm adds in more challenges, such as wolves who will kill your livestock. The game's graphics are nothing special, but they get the point across well enough. Still, we wish the characters were a bit larger and easier to see. The main reason Funky Farm isn't rated higher is it doesn't have many single user-customization options. You can select from three difficulty levels, but you don't even get the ability to turn down the sound effects and music. Nevertheless, anyone who has ever had the desire to manage a farm probably won't mind this game's shortcomings.
