Oh Joy! Another racing title! Even though we have seen, played and threw away other racing games, this one does have all the cool, nifty options that make this one different from all the others! The control is really tuned up so things get quite hectic at the push of a button, plus the graphics are decent. A little bit of choppiness can be seen as the track moves and side objects pass you, but it still isn't bad at all.

As a racing fan, I'm glad to see Formula 1 Grand Prix is a good simulator and actually fun to play. The landscape scrolls by smoothly and the computer controller drivers are tough! The amount of changes you can make to your car is kinda low, but it keeps you from getting bogged down with technical garbage. If you think you're good enough, give the Turbo Mode a try. The detail is toned down, but it's ballistic!

By far, this is one of the best racing games that I've played on the Genesis in a long time. The game play is incredible and the number of options available keeps things interesting. I love the Turbo Mode because the action really starts to fly when you get into 5th gear. This driver is actually Activator friendly, and if you don't mind looking silly, it can be a lot of fun. Smooth graphics are the highlight of this intense cart.

Another so-so racing game that, once again, puts you behind the wheel while you watch the track come at you as you drive. Although it's not on par with F-Zero, this game has all the options to be expected and racing fans may definitely want to give it a look. There is a little choppiness as the track and objects on the sides come at you, but the control is precise enough to keep things from getting too frustrating.

Experience all the thrills and excitement of Formula One racing in it Formula 1: Grand Prix.

There are two modes of play from which to choose: Arcade and Grand Prix. In the Arcade Mode, you advance to the next successive track by finishing eighth or better. In the Grand Prix Mode, you must go up against some of the best drivers in the world in an effort to win on some of the world's greatest racetracks. Now it's time to burn up the track!

Once again, here is a game that shows how limiting the portable platforms can be when it comes to this kind of Theme: one really needs a bigger platform to really get the feel of a racer! The control is surprisingly good as is the scrolling and movements (with just a hint of distortion and blurring), but in terms of intensity, this game doesn't have it.

Zooma Zoom!

A hot new racing game for the Genesis is about to burn its way to your screen. There are many different tracks to race on and several modes of play including arcade and champion. Be sure to check out the awesome split screen two-player simultaneous action. This is a rip-roaring racer that will leave you in the dust!

Welcome to another edition of F-1 Grand Prix racing! This version is set in an overhead perspective and offers a wide variety of options for fine tuning your car.

Just to name a few, you can retune your engine, change its horsepower rating, change the transmission, slap on new tires, and adjust the wing angles to get better results on the track!

Once everything is set, take to the track for a few practice laps and pace yourself against a timer. If you're feeling lucky, go head-to-head against a few computer controlled racers. You will receive results on track times and then can purchase better equipment with the earned money. For diehard racers, this is the game!

There never were any really good auto racing games for the Famicom (NES) until now. Varie is bringing out a series of high res. auto racing simulations for all game formats. The Famicom version is exceptionally well done and offers the player a wide variety of setup options in addition to a long list of courses. Excellent graphics back up a well designed soft.

What we have is another F1 simulator, this time named after one of the famed racers of those days. On the whole, the game differs little from F1 Circus MD - the view of the track is from above, the graphics and the sound are of the same quality, the teams' names are distorted.

This is just an average game without any big advantages...
