Your luck will get higher and higher and your knowledge of weapons will also increase.SAVE.Enter the Knight's Challenge. (Be equipped with a Halberd or something equally as high in maxdamage) You will probably win in your second or third year. Always save before you enter, you can actually go back and get a different result.Once you win, accept the knighthood for your first ending.Then, after the credits, load the game, decline knighthood.Continue stealing and studying fighting. Spend some time in the dungeons and you have your second ending.
